'Space' Ace Frehley wants to pilot his own rocket ship before he gets older, even though he's already risen to a stratospheric height
as KISS' nimble-fingered lead guitarist. When the former art student passed KISS' grueling guitar auditions, the band not only
gained a zinger on the strings, but a graphic wizard as well. Ace designed the KISS logo, today the best known rock 'n' roll
trademark in the world.
Ace's high-flying solos form the perfect accompaniment to his winged costume and silver painted mask. Offstage, Ace keeps the band
roaring with his way-out humor, spiked by a laugh unlike any ever heard in this galaxy! His wife, Jeanette, helps keep him a bit down
to earth. It's fitting that Ace's free time pursuits also tend to be exotic. He loves the excitement of a snappy pinball or
pachinko game, and went wild buying toys in Japan."
