Big Razor was a well-known chief of the Blackfeet Sioux, a famous tribe which held the immense territory stretching from North
Saskatchewan River, Canada, to the haad-stream of the Missouri in Montana. Their acquisition of large herds of horses was probably
a great factor in the wide spread of this tribe. They were restless, aggressive, and predatory, constantly at war with all their
neighbors, and usually victorious. They had no pottery nor weaving art, and no canoes, but their great number of religious, war,
and social dances are of great interest to students of Indian lore.
