| A mad genius from a distant galaxy has been sentenced to exile in space because of his evil experiments. When his space-craft enters Earth's orbit, the mad scientist decides to continue his experiments at the expense of the Earth people. He sets up his headquarters at a lonely mountain retreat where he can work undisturbed until he had re-contstructed his invention. When he has completed his work, the alien will be able to rule the Earth. |
