| Before Cyd ever thought of becoming a movie star, she was a to dancer with the famous Ballet Rouse troup. She toured Europe and came back when World War II broke out. While MGM was looking for a dancer for the 'Ziegfeld Follies,' they screen tested Cyd and liked what they saw. So did movie goers all over the world and she soon became the top dancer in Hollywood. In 1948, Cyd married Tony Martin. |
