| Former artist and ex-boxer, Roy Hamilton has loved to sing ever since he was a choir boy. In high school, he studied art, and some of his paintings are still in view in Jersey galleries. As a prizefighter, Roy compiled a fine 6-1 amateur record before giving up the sport for a singing career. While performing in a Newark night spot, he attracted a talent scout from Epic Records, and Roy's recording career was born. |
