The Cleftones |

| The Cleftones became a top vocal group thanks to some free time between high school classes. The boys would sit around and sing for fun but their friends took their vocalizing seriously and encouraged them to try their talents professionally. They did and the Cleftones soon became one of the big name combos in the nation. Their first platter sold 350,000 copies and they came into their own with "Little Girl Of Mine." |
