| When you think of rock & roll, you generally think of Little Richard. More than any other entertainer, he helped popularize the new music that swept the country. When Richard was 16, he won a talent contest and a recording contract. But it wasn't until Richard signed with Specialty Records that he hit the top. He is also an accomplished song writer, his tunes having been recorded by Elvis Presley, Pat Boone, and Bill Haley. |
