| While not technically a gum card set, 'Army-Navy-Air Corps' is still of great interest to card collectors, even considering the obvious wartime propaganda on the card backs. It was issued in 1942 by the W.S. Company, and was a 'strip' card issue; cards can sometimes be found still attached to one another in strips, and these are considered more valuable. Its Burdick designated number is R18. |
