Guy Grundy - Age: 25, Team: California Freeformer, Specialty: Speed Runs, Slalom
Guy is a surprise. This quiet, peaceful pro, who claims to like the 'slow life,' is one of the fastest skateboarders on record. He
took 1st place at the 1975 Signal Hill Speed Race when everyone else thought it was insane. He placed 2nd at Akron, Ohio, in 1977
in the Unlimited Class. He also races cars. Guy was the Western Surfing Association U.S. Champion in 1968. His goal is to coach
the U.S. Olympic Skateboard Team.
