David Andrews - Age: 26, Team: Bahne, Specialty: Giant Slalom An amateur whose time has come, David Andrews turned professional in 1977 after a year and a half as an amateur racer. He raced Tight Slalom at the Catalina Classic (13th place), Giant Slalom at Akron, Ohio (10th), Tight Slalom at Long Beach, 1977 (7th), and the Hester Giant Slalaom (2nd). Besides running cones in private a great deal of the time, he also works out on his stand-up speed run technique. |
