Nick Leonard - Age: 30, Team: Powerflex, Specialty: Modified Skatecars Coming from an aeronautical background, Nick has found his place in skateboarding. He has the 1st place win at Akron, Ohio, in the Unlimited Class. He tied for 2nd at the 1977 Signal Hill event in the same division. He received the 'Best Designed Speed Car' award at the Signal Hill race. For ten years he has been racing single seat formula cars. He also spent time building full scale, operational airplanes. |
